The comments by other users are crucial in developing your reputation in Osta.ee.
They can be useful both for buyer and seller - we all want to know the people we are doing business with, and whether our business partner is honest or dishonest.
The parties to closed auction should always provide feedback on the transaction.
The comments made during the period of 1 year are used to establish user's rating.

Your comment contains your user name and date.

Osta.ee does not take responsibility for the comments made. Therefore you should be careful not to make comments that are wrong, insulting or disturbing. To be on the safe side, make only unemotional matter-of-fact comments based on facts.

If one party to the transaction has already made a comment, neither parties can make new comment about the same auction - you can provide feedback to the other party by responding and add evaluation to your response - either positive, negative or neutral. The response will be taken into account as a comment (positive +1, negative -1 and neutral 0, respectively).

You can view feedback on each user by clicking on his/her user name.

NB! Comments can be made only by the seller and the highest bidder or BuyNow bidder.


How to comment?

As a seller you can comment on buyer in two ways. Quick option: after logging in opens My Osta page, select from "Successful auctions" the auction you wish to comment on and click on the link under the name of the winner "Comment".
Alternative option - go to My Osta >Auctions >Successful auctions >click on auction >in the middle of the new page you can see information about the winning bidder and link Comments - "Make new comment".

As a buyer you can comment on seller by going to: My Osta >Bids >Winning bids >under the seller's name is a link "Comment".
