TUTVUSTUS
1992. a. võib Eesti ühiskaubandus tagasi vaadata oma 90 aastat kestnud tegevusele ja veel teiselegi mitte vähem tähtsale daatumile meie ühiskaubanduse ajaloos: 7. mail 1917 panid rahvuslikud kaubandusühistud aluse oma kaubanduskeskusele – Eesti Tarvitajateühisuse Keskühisusele (ETK).
Arvestades ühistegevuse osatähtsust, omapära ja ulatust meie rahva elus, tahab käesolev ajalooline tagasivaade jäädvustada kokkuvõtlikult selle, mis Eesti ühiskaubanduse arenguteel on toimunud, tuues taustaks karme ajaloosündmusi.
