Eesti NSV füüsiline kaart trükiti kahel lehel. Käesoleval lehel on Lääne-Eesti ja saared. Kaart on trükitud enne 1952. aastat kuna Saaremaal on Kingissepa asemel Kuressaare. Kaardi kirjelduses on kirjas, et administratiivpiirid on kuni 23. VIII 1944. Külade ja teede esitus on detailne.
