Contacting the seller

After the auction is closed the parties have to contact each other. It does not matter who is the first to make contact - you, as the auction's winner or the seller.

After all both of you are interested, which means that both of you should be actively involved.

As a buyer you can contact the seller as follows: I buy-> Bids won-> choose auction-> Choose action-> Send message

Agree on the method of payment, terms of delivery and exchange required information where necessary (seller's account number in case of bank transfer, your postal address for delivery of goods etc.)

If you have failed to make any contact with the seller within 7 days after closing the auction, you are entitled to file a complaint against the seller. You can fill a complaint within 21 days after closing auction.
