Heino Otto (9. I 1915 Viljandi – 29. VI 1982 Tallinn), laulja (tenor). Eesti NSV Teatriühingu liige (1956). Oli abielus luuletaja ja tõlkija Aino Ottoga.
Õppis laulmist Armanda degli Abbati, Arno Niitofi ja Linda Sauli juures ning 1941–42 Tallinna Konservatooriumis (Tiit Kuusiku klass). 1943–44 õppis Tartu Kõrgemas Kunstikoolis Pallas. Oli 1940–42 Tallinna Töölisteatri näitleja, 1942–47 Vanemuise ja 1947–69 Estonia solist, osales ka balletis. Esinenud kontserdilauljana ja Eesti Televisioonis (videoarhiivis katkend „Hoffmanni lugudest”). Viljelnud maastikumaali.
