Molecule 01 kasutab ainult puhast molekuli Iso E Super. Iso E Super on molekul, mis hõljub nahapinna kohal, luues kandja ümber kirjeldamatu aura. Seda iseloomustab ülimodernne seedripuu noot ja sametjas tunne. Parfüümikunstnik Geza Schoen selgitab selle ahvatlust: „Iso E Super on üks nendest seksikatest naha lõhnadest, millesse tahad pugeda. See on lohutav ja enda embusesse haarav.“ Selleks on E Super vahelduv. Kandjale tundub, et see hajub ja seejärel ilmub uuesti. Seda põhjustab selle side haistmismeele retseptoritega, vabanedes ainult aeglaselt, et retseptorid tunneksid värsket molekulide laengut.
