Näitus on dialoogis 1998. a. juubelinäitusega "Valiku vabadus" ning jaguneb mõtteliselt kaheks pooluseks – heledaks ja tumedaks. Kahe pooluse vahelisele alale jääb akendest avanev panoraamvaade Vabaduse väljakule, mis on ka näituse osa.
