For businesses, conditions and prices apply according to the active package. By default, businesses will automatically have an active monthly free XS package* unless they have made another choice. In the event of a successful transaction, a commission will be applied at the package commission rate.

* Free XS package is active whether or not the company uses the e-store functionality to sell products. If you change the package, the new package will be activated from the new calendar month.

7500.01 - ...     12% of the first €150, plus 6% of the €150.01 to €750, plus 2% of the €750.01 to €7500 plus 1% of the remaining amount.
  • Osta.ee will only charge you for a successful sale once we have found a buyer for your item.
    Around 4000 transactions are made on Osta.ee every day. We are the safest trading platform in Estonia.
  • A commission of 1 % will be applied for cars, motorcycles and real estate, with a maximum of €1000 for real estate and €125 for cars and motorcycles.
  • Loyal customer benefits up to -20%. 
  • If an additional category is ordered, the commission will be calculated on the basis of the price list for the category with the higher fee.

 

Opening fee (includes VAT)

Opening fee up to 20 items Free

Each calendar month you can get 20 items without an opening fee, after that opening fee is 0.20 €. Excluding cars,
motorcycles and real estate categories.

Excluding cars,motorcycles and real estate categories. Limit according to the selected package
Cars,motorcycles and real estate categories. 17.99€ A commission of 1 % will be applied for cars, motorcycles and real estate, with a maximum of €1000 for real estate and €125 for cars and motorcycles.
  • Loyal customer benefits up to -20%. Loyal customer benefits.
  • If a supplementary category is chosen, the opening fee will be calculated separately for each category.
  • The number of XS-XXL opening fees depends on the package selected.

 

Additional services/other fees

Deposit / Secure payment Free

Secured payment is the safest way to pay for goods purchased by Osta.ee environment. Payment will take place through neutral third party (Osta.ee) who will hold the money until the goods are delivered from the seller to the buyer.
E-account transfers, payments into and out of e-account Free

The e-account allows you to make fast payments for both purchases and transport.
Complaint making Free

In case of problems, we offer support to buyers and sellers in communicating and resolving disagreements if no agreement can be reached. The deadline for lodging a complaint is 21 days after the end of the transaction + delivery.

Repeated complaint

Additional category fee 0,20€ When adding a sale, you can conveniently choose the sale in another category. Also applies to auctions with an initial fee of 0.10 €.

Platform fee 0,19€

Applies to all purchases.

  • From the fourth purchase on the same day, the platform fee no longer applies.

  • The platform fee does not apply to the collecting category (except for collecting - other subcategory).

  • In the Tickets and Gift Cards category, the platform fee is €1.19.

Breaking the rules in Osta.ee are:

  • the seller does not sell the item to the buyer at the final price;
  • the buyer does not buy the item at the final price;
  • the sold item does not match the description/pictures provided by the seller;
  • selling an item outside the Osta.ee environment;
  • artificially raising the price at auction;
  • publication of contact details in the item description or in the Q&A section, etc.

Osta.ee has the right to demand a contractual penalty from the Client of up to 20% of the final offer price ( min 15.00 € ) in the case of a breach of Client obligations. Read more from User Agreement of Osta.ee and from Support.
