Returned items need to be in 100% new and resellable condition plus remain unused in original packaging.

Returned items need to be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returned items are subject to inspection by Toolshine OU prior to issuing a refund.

We are extremely proud of the quality and workmanship of the tools we sell, however a situation may arise where a tool may

 be defective and must be exchanged.

All Felo products are guaranteed for life. 

Felo Bits are not covered as they are considered a consumable item.

OLFA products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This covers manufacturing defects in materials or assembly of

 knife handles. The warranty generally does not cover replacement blades, normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized

 repairs.

SOLA offers a 30-year warranty on the tightness of acrylic blocks (flasks) in its professional series. The manufacturer

typically provides a 24-month warranty on the tool's functionality.
