Kosta Boda 'Party' glass side seven plates, Scandinavian design by Ann and Göran Wärff in the 70s

Vintage Kosta Boda, Sweden, side plates in the Party pattern designed by Ann & Göran Wärff in 1975. These unusual plates are decorated with six embossed leaves that meet in the centre and are joined by their stems. The top surface is smooth and the underside is textured. The outside rim is irregular giving this plate a very organic feel: each plate was handmade and pressed into a mould and therefore each is unique. A classic Scandinavian design inspired by natural forms and made abstract and iconic.

In good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some small patches of wear.
