Esiküljel originaalallkirjad. Esimene VR kavaleri Karl Tulmini allkiri. Karl Tulmin oli Läänemaa KL organiseerija, kes määrati hiljem Saaremaa komandandiks ja tapeti Saaremaa mässu ajal.
