Unisend parcel locker network covers the entire Baltics. All Unisendi parcel lockers are open around the clock and an insurance up to 500 euros is provided for all shipments.

XS (8 x 18.5 x 61 cm)

S (8 x 35 x 61 cm)

M (17.5 x 35 x 61 cm)

L (36.5 x 35 x 61 cm)

XL ( 74.5 x 35 x 61 cm)

Parcels maksimum weigth is 30 kg.

Using Unisend parcel service in the OSTA.EE system is easy.

When participating in an auction, you will see transport information indicating whether the seller offers Unisend service for package delivery, along with the displayed shipping cost.

If you win the auction, you can choose a suitable Unisendi parcel machine in the osta.ee system and confirm your contacts. After the confirmation of the transport method, the package code is sent to the seller and he can send the item.

Receiving the parcel

When a parcel has arrived in the parcel locker, you’ll get an SMS and email notification. A parcel is released from locker once the shipping fee has been paid at the parcel locker and inserting a PIN code to unlock the door.

Parcels are stored in the parcel machine for 3 days and later in Unisendi's central warehouse for 4 days. If there is no contact, the parcel it will be returned to the sender.

NB! Upon receiving the package, a shipping cost must be paid at the parcel locker as specified in the auction item information. Please note that the shipping cost is determined by the actual dimensions of the package. If the shipping cost differs from what is shown in the item information, it means the actual package dimensions differ from the size initially provided by the seller. Payment at the parcel machine can only be made with a bank card.
