UT-202A+ on universaalne digitaalne mõõtur, mis on varustatud tangidega suure voolutugevusega voolu mõõtmiseks. Seade mõõdab pinget, voolutugevust, sagedust, takistust ja mahutavust. Lisaks on mõõturil elektrivälja tuvastamise funktsioon (NCV).
Mõõtur on varustatud True RMS muunduriga, mille abil saab mõõta täpselt ruutkeskmist voolutugevust ja pinget nii sinusoidse kui moondunud lainekuju puhul.
