Arseni Poolgas (21.05.1908-23.12.1972) oli tunnustatud eesti tantsuõpetaja. Õppis 1920ndatel Berliini kehalise kasvatuse ülikoolis ning 1930ndatel Pariisis tantsuakadeemias ja Zürichis Šveitsi tantsuühingu koolis. Koos abikaasa Martaga saavutasid nad auhinnalisi kohti tantsuõpetajate võistlustel (parim saavutus - III koht 1931. a EM-il). Oli Eesti Tantsuõpetajate Ühingu esimene esimees (1933-1934). Õpetas tantse kuni oma viimaste elukuudeni.
Oli tuntud ka autosportlasena, osales 1934. a Monte Carlo tähesõidul (rallil) ja Eestisisestel võistlustel.
