Paul Goma (2. oktoober 1935 Mana, Bessaraabia – 25. märts 2020 Pariis) oli rumeenia kirjanik. Ta debüteeris 1966. aastal jutustusega ajakirjas Luceafǎrul, 1968. aastal ilmus tema esimene jutukogu "Camera de alături". 1977. aastal oli ta kommunistliku režiimi kriitikuna sunnitud suunduma pagendusse Prantsusmaale ning tema raamatud ilmusid prantsuse keeles. Rumeenias said tema teosed ilmuda taas pärast 1989. aastat. Ta hospidaliseeriti 18. märtsil Pariisis COVID-19 nakkuse tõttu ja suri 25. märtsil 2020 84-aasta vanusena.
