See nagi pärineb 1980. aastate lõpust kuni 1990. aastate keskpaigast (tõenäoliselt umbes 1988–1995).
See on klassikaline "country goose" ehk "blue ribbon goose" stiil, mis oli tol ajal äärmiselt populaarne Ameerika ja Euroopa kodudes (eriti köögis ja esikus). Valged haned siniste paeltega, maaliline talumaastik (roheline väli, aed, majakesed, tara), pastellsed toonid ja dekoratiivsed konksud – kõik see on tüüpiline 90ndate alguse "country" või "granny chic" dekoreerimistrendile.
