Arne (40) on lapsepõlvest peale tegelenud laulmise ja tantsimisega, töötanud aastaid tantsija, koreograafi ja muusikuna erinevates projektides Eestis, Itaalias, Indias ja mujal. 20 a. tagasi hakkas ta huvi tundma esoteerika ja idamaiste õpetuste vastu. 16 a. eest süvenes ta bhakti-jooga koolkonda, elades ashramas (kloostris), käies palverännakutel ning võttes vastu vaimse õpetaja. Hatha-jooga lisas Arne oma ellu 9 a. tagasi.
Regina (31) on 13 a. olnud vabakutseline tantsija, seda eelkõige india klassikalise tantsu - bharata natyami - alal. 10 a. eest liitus ta bhakti-jooga koolkonnaga, saades pühitsuse vaimselt õpetajalt. Oma abikaasa kõrval hakkas temagi huvituma hatha-jooga praktikast ning jagab nüüd õpitut teistega.
Arne ja Regina on mõlemad taimetoitlased.
