Karantiinis linnas liitub ta eliitsõdurite rühmaga, mida juhivad Valentine (Sienna Guillory) ja Carlos (Oded Fehr). Rühma ülesanne: leida üles märatseva T-viiruse looja dr. Ashfordi kadunud tütar.
