Olev Remsu romaan «Artur Magnussoni suur sõjasuvi» käib käest kätte ja inimesed muudkui naeravad. Naljakad juhtumid kirjeldavad tudengite elu stagnaaja sõjavälaagris Klaipedas. Aeg on mänginud Remsu kätte oma kordumatu trumbi - Remsu on viibinud supertotras tudengite sõjaväelaagris, missugust pole varem olnud ning kindlasti ei tule ka kunagi edaspidi. Remsu kui kirjaniku kohustus oli kirjeldada sõjaväelaagrit nii, nagu see toona eksisteeris, et see rahva ühismälust kaduma ei läheks.
