Eevi Valdov (23. september 1947 – 25. veebruar 2005) oli eesti raamatuillustraator ja graafik.
Eevi Valdov õppis ERKIs, mille ta lõpetas graafikuna 1972. aastal .
Ta on kujundanud ja illustreerinud Juhan Smuuli "Muhu monoloogid", Kersti Merilaasi "Antud ja võetud", Stefan Zweigi "Kärsitu süda" ja palju teisi teoseid. Samuti on ta illustreerinud mitmeid võõrkeele õpikuid.
