Elas aastatel 1924-2005 Tartus. Astus 1942 Tartus Kõrgematele Kujutava Kunsti Kursustele. Lõpetas 1945 Tartu 5. KK ja 1952 ERKI. Töötanud Tartus Üldhariduskooli ning Tartu Laste Kunstikooli õpetajana. Loonud maastikupilte, akte ja figuurikompositsioone. Jätkas esialgu Pallase maalilist laadi eriti maastikes ja aktides. Alates 1960. aastast loonud ka väikesemõõtmelisi abstraktseid maale ning lakoonilisi kollaaže.
