Pausing

Auctions will be paused when a considerable part of the Osta.ee users can not place bids. Pausing will end when bidding is again possible and no technical problems appear. Auctions' ending time will be postponed accordingly.

If the break was less than 6h, auctions that ended during the break will be extended by the break time + 20 min. Auctions completed after the break up to 20 minutes will also be extended by the break time + 20 min.
While postponing an auction after pausing, the new ending time will be between 11PM and 9AM, auction is extended by 24h.
If there was a break of more than 6h, auctions that ended during the break and 20 minutes after the break will be extended by 24h.

Similarly, fixed-price sales will be extended.

Example: the auction was supposed to end at 21.00, but Osta.ee was paused at 20.50-21.20. In this case, after the break, the auction will be extended by 30+20 minutes and end at 22.10.

If technical errors occur, Osta.ee has the right to cancel the auction results within 24 hours after the end of the auction.
