Receiving parcels is convenient and easy!

When a parcel has arrived in the parcel locker, you’ll get an SMS or email notification. A parcel is released from the parcel locker based on a PIN code.

A parcel is kept in the parcel locker for seven calendar days. If you haven’t collected the parcel, you will be sent a reminder on the third day, and after the seventh day of holding the parcel will be returned to the sender.

Cancelling a service

Upon confirming DPD as your type of delivery, the purchaser will pay the delivery costs to DPD. If, however, the service is not used for some reason, the purchaser must turn directly to DPD at [email protected] and send their purchase ID, user name and parcel number. The parcel number is available in the delivery information section.

NB! Deposit payments that you forget to release are released to the seller automatically in 36 hours as of the parcel’s receipt if the parcel is retrieved from Itella Smartpost, DPD, an Omniva parcel locker or Omniva post office. Automatic release will not occur if there is an active claim related to the transaction at that time
