Kinder aufs Land 1934 - alates 1934. aastast korraldas Nationalsozialistische Volkswohlfahrt (Natsionaalsotsialistlik Rahvahoolekande Organisatsioon) koostöös Hitlerjugendiga niinimetatud “Linnalapsed maale” kampaania. Igal aastal viidi kümneid tuhandeid 11-14 aastaseid linnalapsi mitmeks nädalaks puhkama maale, kus nad said ajutiselt põgeneda linnakeskkonna tervise- ja sotsiaalsetest ohtudest. Märk anti välja NS-Volkswohlfahrti heaks annetuste kogumiseks 1934. aastal.
Paistab, et tol ajal märgi nõela omaniku poolt pisut joodeti tugevamalt.
