Tutvustus
Alfons Vilhelm Robert Rebane (24. juuni 1908 Valga – 8. märts 1976 Augsburg) oli Eesti ja Saksamaa sõjaväelane, Waffen-SS-i Standartenführer (kolonel).
Rebane oli austatud väejuht ja esmaklassiline taktik. Oma sõjamehetee käigus õnnestus Rebasel läbi murda 15 piiramisrõngast (kotist). Teda peetakse parimaks eestlasest väejuhiks Teises maailmasõjas. Ta oli üks kahest välismaalasest, kes SS-i koosseisus teenisid välja Raudristi Rüütliristi tammelehtedega
