„Kullo läbi kaheksa aastakümne“ annab ülevaate Eesti suurima ja vanima huvikooli ajaloost. 1941. aastal asutatud Kullo, mis toona kandis nime Tallinna Pioneeride Maja, ajaloo jäädvustamisel on kasutatud arhiivimaterjale, ajakirjanduses ilmunud artikleid, töötajate ja õpilaste mälestusi. Raamat on illustreeritud rohke fotomaterjaliga. Teose koostaja on Heli Lehtsaar-Karma. Raamatule kirjutas eessõna Neeme Raud, kelle sõnul sai tema ajakirjaniku kutsumus alguse just Kullo noorte reporterite ringist.
