Lembit Lepp (17. jaanuar 1931 Mustajõe, Võrumaa – 31. jaanuar 2002 Põlva) oli eesti kunstnik (graafik ja maalikunstnik) ja vabadusvõitleja.
Ta õppis Võru 1. Keskkoolis. 1947–1949 osales ta Võru koolinoorte salajases Noorte Kuperjanovlaste Organisatsioonis.
Aastatel 1957–1961 õppis ta Tartu Kunstikoolis, 1961–1962 töötas kunstiõpetajana. Aastatel 1963–1989 oli ta Eesti Rahva Muuseumi kunstnik.
