Lembit Lepp oli eesti kunstnik ja vabadusvõitleja. Ta õppis Võru 1. Keskkoolis. 1947–1949 osales ta Võru koolinoorte salajases Noorte Kuperjanovlaste Organisatsioonis. Aastatel 1957–1961 õppis ta Tartu Kunstikoolis, 1961–1962 töötas kunstiõpetajana. Aastatel 1963–1989 oli ta Eesti Rahva Muuseumi kunstnik.
