TUTVUSTUS
Aleksandr Solženitsõni (1918‒2008 ) sünnist möödu tänavu 11. detsembril 100 aastat. 1976. aastal esmaavaldatud «Lenin Zürichis» on üks osa 1970. aasta Nobeli laureaadi lõpetamata jäänud romaanitsüklist «Punane ratas», mille eesmärk oli kujutada enamlaste võimuhaaramist 1917. aasta sügisel. Revolutsiooni kui vääramatu punase veduriratta motiivi kohtab ka käesolevas raamatus. Suures osas Lenini groteskse sisemonoloogina kirjutatud teos on veenev ja kaasahaarav. Lugeja eest mööduvad kirjus reas paljud teisedki ajaloost tuttavad poliitpagulased, teiste hulgas vilksatab ka tuntud Eesti asja ajaja Aleksander Kesküla.
