Mõrtsukbot on android, kes on ära häkkinud oma juhtmooduli ja on seetõttu vabam ja mõtlemisvõimelisem kui teised temasarnased. Kõige rohkem sooviks ta, et ta rahule jäetaks, et ta saaks oma turvise tumendatud visiiri taga seebiseriaale vaadata.
Ent tal on must minevik, tal on ähmane mälestus tapatalgutest, mis ajendasid ta häkkima oma juhtmooduli ja võtma endale nimeks Mõrtsukbot. Ta otsustab välja uurida, mis temaga tolles kosmosejaamas täpselt juhtus, ja ta häkib end sinna sõitmiseks laevale.
