Borneo saarel avastatakse haruldane lilleliik, mida nimetatakse Vere Orhideedeks. Orhideed on tähtsad eelkõige sellepärast, et teadlased on leidnud viisi mismoodi nende abil inimese vananemist pidurdada. Ekspeditsiooni käigus saarele aga leitakse saarelt ka asukaid - Orhideede abiga palju suuremaks, tugevamaks ja taibukamaks arenenud anakondad. Nüüd peavad teadlased leidma viisi, mismoodi anakondadest mööda pääseda ning orhideedeni jõuda. Kuid anakondad ei kavatse kedagi elusalt sinnani lasta.
