TUTVUSTUS
Mare Sabolotny noorsooromaan «Peaaegu inimene» jutustab 15-aastasest Grettenist, kes peab oma töötu ema ja iseenda ülalpidamiseks hakkama tööle baaris ettekandjana. Sellest tekivad õpiraskused koolis. Pärast mitme lähedase inimese surma ning pettumist oma isas, kes ühtäkki tema ellu ilmub, otsustab Gretten alustada elu nullist – hoopis teises kohas ja hoopis teise inimesena.
Mare Sabolotny eelmine noorsooromaan «Kirjaklambritest vöö» saavutas kirjastuse Tänapäev 2006. aasta noorsooromaanivõistlusel teise koha ning VAT Teater tegi sellest ka lavastuse. Lavastaja Rein Agur pälvis selle töö eest 2011. aastal Salme Reegi nimelise teatriauhinna.
