Adam Hall on üks tosinast pseudonüümist, mida on kasutanud inglise autor Elleston Trevor. Ta on sündinud 1920. aastal Inglismaal. Kirjutama hakkas Teise maailmasõja päevil, kui teenis Briti Õhujõududes. Esimese suurema menu tõi kirjanikule tema sõjatriloogia, mille järgi on vändatud film "Dunkirk". Filmiks on vändatud ka "Quilleri memorandum". Elleston Trevori looming on seiklusliku iseloomuga ja kuulub ajaviitekirjanduse valdkonda. Ent peale põneva süžee on kirjanikul ka tugevat poliitilist närvi ja silma sotsiaalsete probleemide tabamiseks, mis ilmekalt lööb välja tema loomingu paremikus (sõjatriloogia, romaanid "Fööniksi põgenemine", "Quilleri memorandum" jt.)
