Asutatud kohe peale I. MS lõpu, see liikmemärk oli ainuke, sest a/ü eksisteeris ainult 8. aastat (1919-1927) ja ega neid liikmeid polnud palju.
Профсоюзное объединение работников Северо-Бельгийской железной дороги, принимавших участие в работе по доставке военных грузов во время 1-й Мировой войны в 1914-1918 годах!!!
Был основан сразу после окончания 1-й Мировой войны, это единственный вид членского знака, так как этот профсоюз просуществовал всего 8 лет (1919-1927) и был немногочисленен.
