RARITEET! Austria spordi- ja võimlemismärgi annab välja spordiministeerium laiaulatuslike sportlike saavutuste tunnustamiseks alates 1920. Näiteks, 1937. aastaks oli välja antud 5500 täiskasvanute ja 444 juunioride märke! Peale Austria annekteerimist Saksamaa poolt 1938. aastal neid märke anti veel paar aasatat (just sellest ajast ongi müügil olevat mini märgid - "kuld", "hõbe" ja "pronks"!) ja edasi märgi taastati juba peale II. MS lõpu.
