CORPS OF COMMISSIONAIRES - Briti mereväe erukapteni Sir Edward Walter (1823-1904) poolt 1959. aastal asutatud komissioon, mis alguses tegeles Krimmi sõjas haavata saanud ja seega piiratud töövõimega endiste mereväelaste (seetõttu on embleem mereteemaline) tööle rakendamiseks, näiteks, pankade jm. finantsorganisatsioonide relvastatud valve teostamiseks. Edasi selle valvekoondise koosseisu võeti ka teiste väeosade veterane või kannatama saanuid erusõjaväelasi. Hiljem valvetegevus laienes Austraaliasse ja Kanadasse, kus loodi filiaalid. Tänapäevil kõige suurem maailmas tegutsev valvekoondis.
