Volkssolidarität (Rahvasolidaarsus) oli ja on sotsiaalhoolekandeorganisatsioon, mis tegutseb peamiselt Ida-Saksamaal. Dresdenis 1945. aasta oktoobris asutatud abiorganisatsioon levis järgnevatel kuudel kogu Saksamaa Nõukogude okupatsioonitsoonis. See oli SDV - s massiorganisatsioon ja mängis olulist rolli eakate hooldamisel, millele see pidi SDV viimastel kümnenditel keskenduma. Pärast Saksamaa taasühinemist on selle töö hõlmanud ka krooniliselt haigete, hooldust vajavate inimeste, sotsiaalselt ebasoodsas olukorras olevate inimeste ning laste ja noorte hooldamist.
