Käsitsi koloreeritud.Mapp sisaldab 11 koloreeritud litograafiat. Richard Sööt õppis 1933–36 Riigi Kunsttööstuskoolis dekoratsioonimaali August Janseni ja Roman Nymani juures. Juhtis aastail 1937–44 enda asutatud ettevõtet „Eesti Tarbekunst“. Emigreerus esialgu Saksamaale, siis USA-sse New Yorki, kus asutas oma kunstistuudio.
