Traditsiooniline Hiina tee, mille oksüdatsioonitase jääb rohelise ja musta vahele, tavaliselt 10–70% vahele.
Sageli peetakse seda Hiina teedest kõige ihaldusväärsemaks. Sellel on madalam kofeiinisisaldus kui mustal teel, kuid see on stimuleerivam kui roheline ja valge tee.
