Actung! Haruldane asi, sest 1981. aastal eest autasuna kasutati märgi ja tõendi ajavahemikust 1965-1975! Oletan, et selles algorganisatsioonis lihtsalt ajale vastavaid märke ja tõendeid polnud ja kasutati autasustamiseks märke eelnevast ajast jäänud varadest.
