Gabrovo huumorifestival (sh. rahvusvaheline huumori- ja satiirifestival ning Gabrovo karneval) on Bulgaaria huumoripealinna tuntuim iga-aastane kultuurisündmus. See on sajandivanune traditsioon, kus tänavad täituvad satiiriliste paraadide, maskide ja teatrietendustega. Festivali sõmbol - Must kass, millel on oma ajalugu - räägitakse, et Gabrovo elanikud lõikavad oma kassidel sabad maha, et uks nende järel kiiremini sulguks ja tuba külmaks ei läheks. Seepärast ongi mustast kassist, kellel on maha lõigatud saba, saanud Gabrovo linna huumorifestivaali sümbol.
