"Üksi ja ühes" on bioloogiadoktor akadeemik Hans-Voldemar Trassi (sünd. 1928) mälestusteraamat, milles autori pika ja viljaka teadlasetegevuse kõrval on pikemalt kõneldud nõukogudeaegse Tartu ülikooli vaimsest ja poliitilisest kliimast ning "laulva revolutsiooni" sündmustest. Mitmekülgse isiksusena võib Hans Trass meenutada koguni ülesastumisi "Vanemuise" teatrilaval ning raamatu lõppu on lisatud aastate jooksul sahtlisse kogunenud luuletusi, mida autor ise nimetab tagasihoidlikult "värsikatseteks".
