Teine köide käsitleb aastaid, mil temast sai arhitekt. Noorpõlve unistus õppida filmirežissööriks oli kohanud takistusi, mille tagajärjel autori esimene kõrgkooliaasta möödus Tallinna Polütehnilise Instituudi Laevaremondi teaduskonnas.
Ootamatu kokkupuude filmimaailmaga − esmalt “Tallinnfilmi” administraatorina, seejärel näitlejana “Lenfilmi”
kinokomöödias − paistis esialgse soovi teostumise lähemale toovat. See tee jäi siiski pooleli. Ees ootasid hoopis õpingud Eesti Riiklikus Kunstiinstituudis ja õpingutega paralleelne töötamine RPI Eesti Projektis, millele teine köide keskendubki.
