Tutvustus
Väärt käsiraamat eelkõige kohaliku toidu väiketootjale tootearenduse teemadel. Raamatu autorid on tippkokk Indrek Kivisalu ja Eesti Maaülikooli õppejõud Tiiu Ohvril, kes võtsid endale ülesandeks rääkida väikeettevõtjale tootearendusest võimalikult lihtsal moel. Samas peavad tootearendusega seotud üldised tõed paika jääma.
