Albert Vilms (19. september 1903 Kõo vald, Viljandimaa – 13. august 1999 Fort Collins, Colorado) oli eesti advokaat ja Viljandi linnapea.
Õppis 1923–1928 (lõpetas) Tartu Ülikooli õigusteaduskonnas, korp! Sakala vilistlane.
1935–1939 vandeadvokaat Viljandis. 6. detsembril 1939 valiti ta ainsa kandidaadina (senine linnapea August Maramaa loobus kandideerimast) 14 poolt- ja 5 vastuhäälega Viljandi linnapeaks[1]. 1940. aasta mais valiti ta Viljandi vabatahtliku kodanliku õhukaitse ühingu esimeheks[2]. Septembris 1944 nimetati Albert Vilms Eesti Õhukaitseliidu Viljandi kohtkonna juhatajaks[3].
1944 põgenes Saksamaale, 1949 siirdus USA-sse.
