How to register a parcel to be delivered by a courier in my Omiva?

• Register the parcel in My Omniva and choose a courier as the delivery method.
• My Omniva allows you to choose where and when the courier will pick up the parcel. The courier will pick up the parcel in 1.5 hours from 09:00 to 20:00. You will see the exact pick-up time when you start to send a parcel in My Omniva.
• You can also choose an additional service – Delivery of fragile goods.
• If you order a courier before 15:00 and are located in one of the twenty largest cities in Estonia, the courier will pick up the parcel on the same day. In other places in Estonia, the courier will arrive the next working day.
• The parcels will be delivered to the recipient on the next working day. The courier delivers parcels to private persons also on Saturdays.

• Mittekasutatud transpordi eest makstud raha tagastab DPD. Palun pöörduge DPD poole aadressil [email protected] ning teatage oma ostu ID number, kasutajanimi ja pakikood. Pakikood on nähtav transpordiinfo juures.
