- If you have forgotten your password, please reset it from here
- If you have forgotten your username, please log in using Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID-card.
- The system does not allow double registration with the same ID. If you receive a message when you register that your ID is already in use, you have probably already registered.
- For assistance, please contact customer support at klienditugi(@)osta.ee, by providing your ID, name and e-mail address.

- If you have changed your first and/or last name and your Osta.ee account still has your previous name, you should log in to your account using Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID-card. The system will then automatically update your first and last name. If the name does not change automatically, please provide Osta.ee with the old name, the new name and your ID. Please fill in this information in the fields below.
NB! It is very important that the Osta.ee account has the correct name, otherwise the e-withdrawal you have ordered will not be delivered to your bank account. - You cannot change your username yourself. Please send us your username, ID, the reason for the change and a new preferred username. We can only change your username if there are no active sales and offers and no pending transactions.
