Payment for services

Setting up an auction is not always free of charge. For example in case of an additional services (front page special offer, title in bold font etc) the auction will not start unless you pay for this services. The situation is similar with insertion fee (except auctions with 0,10 EUR starting price).

If you fail to pay the insertion fee by the time the auction should start, the auction will start after settling the invoice. The duration of auction will also be calculated from the time of payment (closing time is shifted further by the period of delay).

For example you entered an auction at starting price of 50 EUR and established the starting time 'immediately after insertion'. The system will generate an invoice on insertion fee. If you pay it immediately by using e-account, the auction will be activated as you wished - right after insertion. If you settle the invoice e.g. next day, the auction will be activated only after making the payment.

At the end of the last page for setting up an auction (Overview and adding) you can choose between 2 different payment options:

1).Will pay for all inserted auctions later with one payment- system will insert auction and add the insertion fee for that auction to the sales front page, where you can afterwards create one invoice containing insertion fees for several auctions. Upon paying the invoice all auctions indicated in that invoice will be set up.

2).Pay now by using e-account - similar to the previous option you will be provided with an invoice for insertion of auction immediately after he auction has been inserted. Besides that such invoice will be paid from your e-account immediately.

NB! This option is only applicable if you have sufficient funds on your e-account (the amount required for making overdue payments is debited from the vacant amount).
