Downpayment

The Downpayment requirement can be added to auctions only for Osta.ee clients with a special contract with Osta.ee, with prior agreement with Osta.ee.
The exact terms and conditions of the deposit are specified separately for each auction. The deposit is considered either as a prepayment of the purchase price or as a security until the transaction takes place.

To participate in the Downpayment auction, you need to transfer the corresponding amount to your Osta.ee e-account in advance.

The down payment for the auction will be booked from the bidder's Osta.ee e-account at the moment of bidding, without payment the system will not allow the bidding. The booking will be cancelled if someone makes a higher bid in the auction. The same amount will be booked again when a new bid is made.
