Dashboard
A Dashboard has been created for editing your Osta.ee account. You can access it by clicking on "Dashboard" at the top of the homepage when logged in.
Needs attention
The block contains shortcuts to things you need to do quickly, so you can sell and buy as conveniently as possible on Osta.ee. For example:
- If there is an open and pending complaint (both by you and against you).
- If you have been asked a question about an item you are selling.
- If you have received a new notification.
- If you have made a purchase for which the mode of transport needs to be confirmed, you can quickly find and confirm it there.

I sell
The block contains direct links to the operations related to the sale:
- Dashboard - a link to the sales dashboard, where you can manage both your sales and your purchases.
- Active items - quick link to open a list of active sales on the desktop.
- Successfully Ended - a quick link to open a list of successfully ended sales on the desktop.
- E-shop items - if you have an e-shop in the Osta.ee environment, you will be shown all the e-shop items for sale.
- Protocols - a summary of your sales.
- Blocking sellers
- Blocking buyers
- My e-shop - link visible to e-shop owners
- E-shop settings - link visible to e-shop owners
- Item settings - opens a window with two boxes. Box 1-Automatic auction winner notification. Box 2- General terms of sale, transport, payment, etc.
- Answered questions - here you will find all the questions that have been asked to you and to which you have given an answer.
I buy
The block contains direct links to the actions related to the purchase:
- Purchases/Won items - opens a list on your desktop of all purchases made and auctions successfully won in the last 30 days.
- Active Bids - opens a list of auctions on the desktop with currently active bids, clearly showing whether you are the leading bidder or have been outbid by someone else
- Watchlist- items you have added to your tracking (the number behind the link shows the number of items in the list that are being tracked).
- Search Agents - search agents saved by you that are linked to your email. You can conveniently deactivate or delete search tags for short periods.
My money
All financial transactions related to your Osta.ee e-account are located here:
- My e-account - shows the status of your e-account. By clicking on the top you can see the total amount of money booked and the amount of money available.
- Invoices - here you will find all the invoices generated by Osta.ee. Invoices can also be saved as PDF files.
- Reservation- here you can see an overview of active deposits and down payments made to or from your account.
- Downpayment to e-account - here you can transfer money to your Osta.ee e-account.
- E-account outpayment- here you can withdraw the money in your e-account to your bank account.
- E-account transfer - from here you can, for example, pay the seller additional sums or return money to the buyer if necessary.
- Payment history - here you can see the history of all your transactions.
